BIG ACH,

The word on the bottom of your shirt reminds me of this machine, from the 1988 Ironage movie "BIG" starring coronavirus-infected Ironage movie star, Thomas J. Hanks.

I'm down to 198 from 248 and look a lot better. Maintained most of my muscle. Test is the best.

I hope not lol.  This is the first time I have dieted down for myself and not for a show (I haven't competed in over 10 years), I started cutting in January 2019 at 260 lbs and by end of May I was 200 lbs.  So I've kept it off for almost a year now.

I approached this diet in a much different fashion than I did when I competed. Wasn't afraid to experiment. Kept carbs fairly high and tinkered with fat and protein levels.  My waist is down from 40 in to 32 inches and I've practically had to revamp my entire wardrobe. Lol

I'm about 12-13% bf and just want to hold it here, may compete again someday but we'll see, not my priority right now.

Physique looks great, but now you look like you have aids.

As a long term perma bulker I've had the same issue. Went on a long slow diet and weight was dropping without much effort so I stuck with it. Got so lean that my ass would hurt if I sat too long on anything that wasn't cushioned. Everyone thought I was ill though and kept telling me to go see a doctor. Up the calories and skirt the lines where the love handles dont come back.

I thought this thread was going to be about the infamous mesh shirt.

Mesh T-shirts are super comfortable and cool. I have one on now under the sweater I'm wearing.

Yup... My wife was telling me that some of my recent pictures just look like I'm someone who's majorly sick or going chemotherapy because of my face.  Another problem with being natural and cutting is that if I'm not wearing work out clothes or fitted shirts, I look tiny, like I never touched a weight.

But damn it, I have abs again and a 32 in waist.  And I'm actually somehow still incredibly strong (for my own standards lol). So I don't want to give this up!

Your opinion means fuck all here you brokeass, bald, Paki.

You lost an account bet and then didn’t hold up your end. Typical for a goatfucking Paki bitch.

It does make me laugh that you’re married to an ugly gargoyle Pygmy who fucked and sucked your the cocks of all of your friends. You should have included her being a whore in your wedding vows !

How fast did you drop the weight? I remember you saying you were fairly lean before or was that some time ago that you dropped the weight?

I had this issue too. Luckily it was winter so I just wore a fleece under a hoody to "bulk out"  ;D

I dropped the weight over a two year period. I was 203 or so on 750 so just dropped a few more lbs.

Looking great at the lower body weight. What is your exercise routine regarding the split used, sets and body part frequency?  Cardio?

Give away the clothes you used to wear and buy new clothes that fit. Part of the reaction to the changes in your face are simply because people were used to seeing the old you and have not yet become accustomed to how you look today. Frankly, I see nothing wrong with your face. Someone who just met you would likely tell you the same thing. Give yourself and everyone else time to adjust to this new and healthier person. No doubt you feel better not hauling around unnecessary weight.

Thank you... Split is fairly basic like this...

Sunday: Legs

Monday: Off

Tuesday: Chest

Wednesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders

Friday: Arms

Saturday: Off

Cardio everyday except Monday.  30 mins High Intensity Interval Training.
Abs everyday except Monday

Usually 3-4 exercises per bodypart, 6-7 sets per exercise, rep ranges from 30 to 6

Yep yep... Check out the pic below... Aside from the bag closest to the camera. The 5 bags lined up together are all clothes I donated a few weeks ago that were too big on me now.   Pretty much cleared my entire closet and started almost from scratch! Lol

Yikes! And I thought I had too many clothes. My entire closet full of clothes would not fill half that many large bags. Thank you for making me feel better about having a large wardrobe.

I recently bumped my weight back up to 180 lbs. from 165 lbs. which isn't a huge change, but just enough so that some of my clothes look too tight even though I can still get into them. The 32" pants are more comfortable than 30's are now. I still wear a large in shirts and sweaters though, unless they are Asian size. Then I need an XXL.

If you watch MMA you will see plenty of guys his height at that weight. It's called being in shape. Bodybuilding is a drug extreme or a delusion extreme. I'd rather be thin and ripped than to look big in a tee shirt.

He probably have well developed musclegroups and not much fat on his body.

Visible abs and not a bloated gut is very important, as well as not be busted with Meth and a G4P boytoy in your motelroom.

Soggy feces and semen stained old Democrat queers are just up to no good.

Yeah most days... Not real serious anymore though.

my arm is about 16 inches cold and can still bench 200 for ten reps, I have visible abs and obliques. Not big by any means but athletic look. I dont look skinny, would never have that.
