I don't really agree that you should be a veteran or a Ph.D to give advice. Those types of people tend to overanalyze and overcomplicate things. I would rather take advice from a teenager who benches 500 than an "expert" who could never handle 225.

The problem with candidate or his old problem was his atitude. He's backed off given too much advice. I don't care if he wants to ballon up to 300 lbs. As long as he isn't a dick. Play a team sport dude. Use your size. Golf is a friggen game. I'm gonna take heat for that. Wrestling is also another great sport and will help you condition. Yes he is 16...and if he wants to be big,the last thing he should do right now is diet down.He is a testosterone machine at 16...this phase of his life is the easiest to put on muscle.He needs to lift heavy with basic compound movements,get plenty of rest and eat everything that isn't nailed down....of coarse this isn't the best plan to get any pussy(looking fat) ;D..but that is a different topic hahahthat is excactly my point, and my thinking.

Damn and pussy was good back then to..... and then you get older get married to a nagging bitch, have to work, and long for the time to get into the gym or just relax nd drink a beer. shit back then i dont think i stopped drinking beer... RIP THE GOOD OLD DAYS.....HAHA
