I am currently on a business trip in Italy and have been eating in restaurants for the past week. It has not been a good experience, expensive yet they serve you scraps. Went to the supermarket looking for natural mineral water in glass bottles, and I couldn't find it. Stupid fucking country. I was also hungry and there was mostly only garbage so I thought of the raw meat guy and said to myself ok let's give this a shot, since I have no furnace in my hotel room. I just finished eating this and am hoping it was not a bad idea ;D

A diverse diet is best. I used to eat very low carb. I eat more carbs now and feel better you need carbs fats and proteins. Also yeah get some color in your diet fruits and veggies and trace minerals and vitamins and fiber.

my friend just told me i should do customer service due to my strong social skills which i do indeed have but the prob is my ADHD cuts in and only allows me bout 2 hours of full concentration then the ADHD shows up and i start talking bout how much i hate the joo sa and other shit that annoy peeps ;)
if i could do cust service with 2 hour working blocks and 4-5 hours btw blocks i could handle it
