it's fucking impossible for me to choke down 10 oz 300 grams of chick breast so ima eat 7 oz 200 grams and wash it down with 2 grams eea's mixed in milk
since i'll have milk with all meals i can eliminate the potatoe and sunflower oil coz milk has all 3 marcos

var puts water in the muscle and removes water from under the skin so it is a SUPER STERIOD

dj181 could walk into any gym, and be the leanest and most muscular person, likely 90% of the time. Certainly, that is true anywhere outside of the gym. But even in most public/commercial gyms, a person being this lean is going to stand out.
I get that there are Getbiggers who are bigger or leaner, or have been in the past. But to suggest DJ doesn't have an above average physique is a bit silly. Statistically, he does.

This is also why I'd prefer to hit a 405-lb bench this year than to get in top shape - weight lifted is objective. But physique quality is subjective. So someone can be in top shape, and people will still be talking trash. But if you get a 405 bench, you can't deny that objective achievement.

It's safe to say that your physique is in the Top 5% of the general population. To be in the Top 5% of people who train is a stricter list, as only 15-20% of people train. So to be in the Top 5% of people who train, you would need to be in the Top 1% - and even as high as the Top 0.75% of the overall population.
That would mean that you have the best physique out of out 100 men, up to as high as having the best physique out of 133 men [mathematically speaking].
I think it's pretty obvious your physique would be the best out of 20 random men - but to have the physique out of 133 men is a tougher standard.
But...you may be right. Even if you are in the Top 10% of men who train - that means out of a sample of 50 men, 10 of whom train, you would have the best physique out of that group of 50.
That's possible. So I'm not necessarily refuting your Top 5% of men who train statement. I have posted on here before that a 225-lb bench press is in the Top 1-3% of men who train. And that would be in the Top 0.15% to Top 0.6% of the entire population.
So a man bench pressing 225 is stronger than 99.4% - up to even 99.85% - of the population.
While physique judging is subjective, I think Getbig in general does not have a good grasp on what statistical norms are for gym outcomes.

This is also why I'd prefer to hit a 405-lb bench this year than to get in top shape - weight lifted is objective. But physique quality is subjective. So someone can be in top shape, and people will still be talking trash. But if you get a 405 bench, you can't deny that objective achievement.

No he is not buff. Not even a little. He has been lifting for over 10 years AND using steroids and this is all he has? He has got to be the ONLY person in the history of working out /lifting weights that actually looks worse after 10 years plus than when he started. I mean this in a kind way DJ you should take up bowling or tennis or badminton. But even those are to physical for a skeleton like you so maybe chess? i was severly overtraining so now i have settled da fuck down and i sleep every fucking night 8-9 hours and i train only once a day everyday (i should train 5 days a week, but i cant) and i'm done training past failure and i just go to failure now
i'm taking the diet REAL SERIOUS and i will track cals pro, carb, fat and i... WILL NOT POST ANY UPDATE PICS FOR 4-8 WEEKS
but i will post gym lifts and increases as i am certain i wil get very strong very fast ;)
here's start lifts for each muscle
bicep: curl-110x7
delt: BNP-120x4
lats: pulldown-200x5
pecs: hammer decline press-145 a sidex7
tricep: pressdowns-90x3
here's goals
bicep: curl-145x6
delt: BNP-155x6
lats: pulldown 210x6 stack is 210, so i will have to go to hammer pulldown coz it will be stacked out in 2 weeks MAX
pecs: hammer decline-175 a sidex6

he dropped it to 300 mgs and .5 mgs of risperidone at night and 50 mgs lamotrigine at wake and at sleep
and shockingly he told me bout a pharamcy where i can get meds without a script thats dangerous to tell a lunatic like me :D :D :D
not sure if it's legit but there was a pharm like that in ukraine and i got sleeping pills and benzos there without script
i will most likely go there and see if they will give me phenibut without a script

i just added 500 cals and now i'm up to 3 grand
added a full can of pineapple and 100 grams 3.5 oz of chicken breast
i'm increasing drol to 100 mgs and var to 40 mgs
i'll be out of var in bout 10 days so once it's out i'll just stick with drol and i may top drol out at 150 mgs
