i will be 5% in 10 days MAX
maybe even 4%
once i'm there i'll probably eat just 2 meals per day if i can train just once a day
all that matters is total cals and enough protien doesnt matter if it's in one meal or 6 meals
ryan just ate 2 meals per day and kept his gear intake the same and added a full half inch to his lean arm while adding ZERO BODYFAT
i'll will do the same once i'm sitting @ 4-5%
just keep that condition and add lean muscle
