i want some carbs in each of my 3 meals and some fat in each meal
and every 5 days pig out at mcd's for one of my 3 meals
here's the plan
breakkie=1 liter of milk
post workout meal 1=300 grams chicken breast(just ate this and it's goddamn fuckong bitch to eat at that fucking chicken at one sitting

) half of a potatoe and a small cap full of sunflower oil over the potatoe
post workout meal 2=same as post workout meal 1
maybe i should have a full potatoe instead of a half

and 2 liters ZERO cal energy drink
i dumped my half bottle of cherry liquor down the toliet was tempted to drink it just sitting at home NO GOOD
therapist told me my relationship with alchol is not a good one and he is correcto-mundo
on the 5th day meal 3 will be something like a medium sized double quater pounder meal with a chocolate mcflurry
