Yeah, I recall he lost the weight through diet and exercise. Maybe some old school staple appetite suppressants..
And he's managed to keep it off. I read something about the Schwarzenegger kids recently- I think it was an article about Arnolds will and what he has designated each child- it reffered to Chris as having "retreated from public" kind of implying he's reclusive.
Every fat fucking sow I know is in their Olympic era. Some of them are in their early 30's. You know good and well fat people's lack of will power is sickening and if any of them ever stop taking the drug they'll blow the fuck up again. My sense is there was no love lost between Arnold and his father, but his mother maybe should have mattered in regard to the 1972 funeral. But Arnold was smack in the middle of beginning his ride to the top which was an awesome trajectory: Olympia level competition, real estate classes at UCLA, and beginning to set his sights on movie stardom, all within that same time frame. It was all about drive and discipline.

Franco passed away in Italy, remote village in central Sardinia. A seperate memorial service was held in California, where Arnold held a speech during the church service.
