3. G33ked by Anabolic Kreations pre workout. No clue what was in this stuff. But it made me work out for hours. Gave it to a coworker once and he vacuumed his house all night after having it. One time I legitimately thought I was levitating off the floor after I drank some. The tub's directions said you could mix as many scoops as you wanted. I tried tracking down the company for the longest time but it was made by 1 guy down in the South and he vanished.
4. Original Excelsior. Appetite suppression all day and the focus and energy also lasted all day.

When I was in college there was a product called “Camphiboloc” and I think whatever it did, whether placebo or what, gave the best results of anything legal I took. I took it with a brand of protein called Methoxypro I think, and it helped me retain gains after a cycle.

Ripped Fuel. Best thing for my sinus issues. Could only take 1 dose because it made me so jittery but it cleared my sinus issues and kept me lean. Great stuff!

Back in the early 2000’s when I was in college, steroid message boards were all over the place. Anyway, some of them were “invite only” and one that I was a member of, was owned by the guy who owned VPX. He ended up shutting that board down or it went away, but I’m sure it was because of his supplement business taking off.

Elite fitness comes to mind. The steroid boards back in those days were pretty awesome. Stuff coming from Europe and the “junk” was from Mexico but still good. Now everything is crap from China. Those were the days.

I sometimes watch the live cam at the Elbo Room on Ft. Lauderdale beach on YouTube and I spotted Jack siting at the bar with a couple of smoking hotties probably 30 years younger than him. Guy is living the life. Back in the day when I owned a supplement store he used to deliver products to my store, at that time he was a Distributor for many brands. He killed it with his Redline drinks.

Flavors were great. The chocolate peanut butter bar was great. I doubt the bar met the label claims. Osmo prohormones got me hooked on high test. The black and white label/bottle.

Formestane is an antiestrogen that used to be sold as a supp when prohormones were a thing. I might still be interested in that if I could get the raw powder or ready made injectable product.

His right hand man (admin) BRR sold his supp business and moved on a long time ago.
Paul had one of the best tasting protein powders on the market. The Triple Threat brand. It was fine and gritty texture that mixed instantly and completely. Only problem was the second batch was tested and it was about 60% sugar.

I have the "second generation" pamphlet somewhere. The one that was updated from the original. If I remember correctly, the quad program was :
1 set squats 4-6 reps to failure
immediately go to 4-6 reps of negative to failure
immediately reduce weight 50% and go to 4-6 reps failure
immediately go to 4-6 reps of negatives to failure
You were supposed to do something like 3 rounds of this with very little rest in between. Next quad workout out, you did this again but with a 10lb increase.
**EDIT** Just found the original one that shipped when Cybergenics first came out.

100% tried it in good faith, can't recall if we were able to do it 100% but recall giving it a real good shot. Also seem to recall it having some kind of diet component with it also (??).

I could never figure out where people would find someone willing to spot them for squats when it involved that many negatives in multiple sets. You would get a workout just hauling them up from the floor alone.

Ive just gone from untrained to getting compliments in the gym by going on just above TRT and training again, I dont even have a routine, I just do pump workouts, legs is a few calf raised and 6 sets leg press with half a stack on the machine, about 100 kilos

Obviously no one was going to choose to train with someone following this program because even if they used light weights like 225 for squats, you would be worn out from hauling them up after each negative. You could only do this by roping unsuspecting people in for your spots. I can only imagine it went like :

whoa hang on, gonna do the negatives

They did studies though, and many times the batches were overdosed, sometimes by 2 1/2 times. A lot of the old MaHuang stuff was.
When you opened an Ultimate Orange container it was wild, it was like someone uncapped a bunch of Diet Fuel capsules and dumped them in Tang powder. Sometimes they'd still be leaves and tiny branches ;D.

That was the second one, the first one was the Underground Steroid Handbook (USH). A short pamphlet with a brown cover, Body Opus came later. The USH revolutionized the sport because it was really the first widespread dissemination to the masses what was going on in the high-level competitive BB world. It was also wonderfully snarky and at times wise.
Someone really should be able to dig up a PDF but it's surprisingly absent from the Internet.
