Another example that validates the fact that you never add any additional muscle fibres to your body, you only expand the ones you have.
If he added new tissue where has it all gone?
And given 6 months of back on the drugs and training plus food he will be back looking like the one on the left.
Is he adding new muscle then?

He is still carrying a lot of moosle in the second pic.

My first thought as well.
You don't add fibers, but you do build new muscle architecture which stays with you long term. Which is why you can bounce back so fast once you built it the first time. How fast some of these guys bounce back is absolutely insane. Milos claimed Flex came to him weighing about 200lbs skinny-fat 3 weeks out from a show. A couple of days out from the show Milos claimed he was like 30lbs heavier and shredded but unfortunately he ended up in the hospital with kidney failure. Its probably exaggerated, but you can come back real fast. He also claimed Mustafa Mohammed came to him also 3 weeks out looking untrained with 12% body fat and then either won the show or placed in the top, I forget.
Milos' approach is insane, even with the food, post-workout can be "as many carbs as you can possibly cram in without puking." Intravenous insulin pre- and post-workout. Get up in the middle of the night and have 90 grams of protein. Jordan Peters went to Milos for a few weeks and had to abort as he felt like he was dying and he couldn't breathe. And JP is a madman.
Milos is 64 and still alive and outwardly looks great. He's also done a ton of rec drugs. I remember when Nasser said Milos was crying to him why him and other friends didn't stop him from injecting cocaine.

muscle fiber increase in size from PED's and training. I mean it's simply put, If you are stronger it means the muscle fiber has incrased in size.
But, should be said alot of the volume from PED's is also the inscreased volumization from increased blood volume, blood pressure, and increased intramuscular glycogen/water.
when you see newbs blow up in the gym from some dbols or whatever it's usually mostly the latter

It is a lot of water and you lose most of it shockingly quickly when you stop; I know from much experience. However, when you look at the dbol warriors you also see the shoulders widening, you see the traps coming out, hormone size is different from say creatine size, even if both are mostly water, and even if both add the same weight on the scale.
I was on a loong dbol only cycle here back in the late 90s. Nowadays every shitfluencer thinks dbol sucks but they are idiots LOL. They make you feel soo good. Someone gave me a few bottles of inject dbol but can't really use it anymore, gives me heartburn.
-
Also you don't ''add fat''

Yes you do, you just dont lose the new fat cells you create when you lose weight, fat kids will always have the poptential to be fat all their life

Quite a strange take to say D-Bol isn’t a great drug.
It’s one of the few magic pills I’ve ever taken. I didn’t get many side effects and they weren’t even expensive. Quite the hook-up to find someone with Naposim in the 90’s.
-
.
when you read all that it makes a mockery of taking in massive amounts of protein, you just need enough to repair the tissue you have
The high amounts of food just creates cell volumisation due to the pumps you get from training...
The reason bodybuilders have a lot of volume in the muscle is because of high reps and a pump.
Weight lifters who do low rep workouts and get stronger seldom have the same volume as bodybuilders

You just fill what you have w/ water, glycogen, etc... Noones adding "20 lbs of lean tissue". Jesus, is everyone retarded???
Buy 20 1lb. packs of lean beef, do you think you added that much "tissue". See Libturd Batista's latest post?? Phukk, arms of a 12 yr old school girl...
Clown... Drug pig...

you don't have it all figured out sherlock, the volume is not just because of high reps otherwise why would Dorian have been so huge. And higher protein to a point does increase recovery capacity.

He wasnt as big as Paul Dillet who never lifted heavy
I agree higher protein does aid recovery, 200gms a day is enough for anyone I dont care how big you are

That’s you? Great build bro, I had no idea.
Dbol makes you big and strong and has you feeling like Superman, but it has more estrogenic side effects than other orals. Bloat, moon face, acne, gyno. I still like it but I’d recommend turinabol or anavar to someone who wants to look good.
-
new muscle architecture which stays with you long term.
what exactly is new muscle architecture?
-

But Dillet had a shit back and nowhere close to the muscle quality.
As far as protein I think your wrong. Currently I dont eat more than 200 generally but thats because my focus is not getting massive.
-

he has no idea, hes never been off drugs and not training in his life
Stop training, eating like a fucking pig and drop all drugs you will look like you did when you started if you keep the same levels of bodyfat as you had before you started lifting.
I dont know why anyone argues with this, it happens to every single pro that does it
Pros who retain some size are still on trt of probably 300-500mgs a week
-

so he had poor back development? Maybe he had less fibres there to start with, and maybe the look of his muscle was different because of his skin texture.
What exactly do you mean by muscle quality, Dillets ares were in a different ballpark than Dorians , Dillets legs were better than Dorians... Dorians hardness was genetics he didnt do anything differently than anyone else , he dieted that same, trained the same regardless of the bullshit he spouts nowadays , he forgets we can watch his Blood and Guts video
Go watch Dorian push Chris Cormier on legs, Dorian never trained that hard himself
-
High reps are not superior for size is basically my contention mix it up I say, also training serves other purposes than aesthetic muscle volume.

I didnt say superior, its just that without volume you wont stretch the fibres to their maximum.
Every single bodybuilder in the world trains with volume
Oh and if Dorian had not trained as heavy as he did he maybe could have had a longer career
Tearing muscles off the bone doesnt happen much if you stay with a weight you can control.

Not genetics, Dorian was one of the first insulin users as he himself stated in a YT interview. Apart from his GH and regular gear use.

Tim Belknap was probably the first Insulin using bodybuilder of note
and what does insulin do for muscles?
Yep, increases the volume so you get a great pump.... which is I think where we came in....

Depends on what you mean by high reps and volume. Heavier sets also have thier place with form. Levrone did lower reps. My physique looked best with low/moderate and high reps and a decent amount of volume in a session with enough recovery between sessions.
And bodybuilding is not the only correct way to train as I keep saying, not everyone is soley focused on training only with the thought of swelling fibers to feel better about themselves. I dont even think along those lines anymore.
-
Dorians actual volume averaged 8 to 10 total sets for Chest, 13 to 16 sets for Back, 6 to 7 sets for Shoulders, 6 sets for Triceps, 5 sets for Biceps, 8 sets for Quadriceps, 5 to 6 sets for Hamstrings, and 3 to 5 sets for Calves
Using Gemini deep research. I wouldn't call that low volume
The most volume was his back, and his back was his best bodypart

Ai says
Unlike many contemporaries who chased higher rep schemes of 10 to 12 for all exercises, Levrone strongly believed that his dense muscular growth came from going heavy with strict form.[1] His standard approach paired low-rep compound lifts with higher-volume accessory work to maximize both hypertrophy and strength. The breakdown of his rep ranges includes:
Compound Movements: Kept strictly in the 6 to 8 rep range (sometimes going even lower for maximal strength tests on exercises like the bench press or squat). This allowed him to move immense amounts of weight—such as bench pressing over 450 to 500 pounds—while stimulating deep muscle fibers.[1]
Isolation and Accessory Exercises: Typically performed in the
8 to 12 or 12 to 15 rep range (such as cable crossovers, pushdowns, lateral raises, and preacher curls) to flush the target muscle with blood and secure high set volume
Ai then goes on to say
Using lower weights with higher repetitions does not inherently target a different physical part or region of a muscle simply because the weight is lighter.[1] Instead, whether you lift a heavy weight for low reps or a light weight for high reps, the anatomical path of the movement—determined by joint angles, grip, and the line of pull—remains the primary driver of which region or head of a muscle is emphasized.
so it basically contradicts Levrones low weight for deeper muscle fibres
A muscle has no idea what you are lifting, it responds to intensity.

For the benefit of the new members, please define "intensity".

The most volume was his back, and his back was his best bodypart
Dorian (according to his book) did 1-2 sets of each exercise.
So, for chest he would do 3-4 exercises per bodypart, 2 sets each, once a week. 6-8 sets a week total.
Yes, he usually did one or two warmup sets per exercise as needed.
This is much less volume than what typical top bodybuilders like Arnold did.
They would do 20-25 sets per bodypart, two or even three times a week. 40-70+ sets per week.
Even if they only trained a bodypart once a week that would still be 20-25 sets vs. 6-8 sets like Dorian.
Dorian burned the calories not expended by long workouts by doing cardio. Blasphemy! ;)
Back in the late 70s/early 80s we did 20-25 sets per bodypart over 4-5 exercises at least twice a week.
So, 40-50 sets a week per bodypart.
And these were hard sets close to positive failure, occasional forced reps.
We would have thought it impossible to get results doing 6-10 sets a week.
Lately, I've been doing only two sets per exercise, 2-4 exercises per bodypart.
I like it and the workouts don't take 2+hours like if you did 20 sets.
Does it work?
For me at this point in life it is acceptable.
