Hmmm....I don't know mate, they look pretty thick and could well be over 20 inches. The biggest I've got my arms is 19.75in and those ones in the pic are considerably bigger than mine. Mind you I'm 5'10. ???

Arnold's arms never actually measured more than 19 and 5/8ths as measured by Arthur Jones so I doubt Valentino has 17.5" arms at 5'6".

That is absolute nonsense - Arnold was 6' 2" so if he had 19.5in arms they would have looked like toothpicks on his frame. They were easily 21 inches, possibly nearer the 22 inch mark.

I like his columb. its gets you away from *how do i make my tris grow* type of reading. or *dexter looked good, a little soft in the legs blah blah* Don't get me wrong thats why I buy MD but its nice to just read some funny stupid shit too. lots of the stuff he says is true. this months he talks about a guy getting busted for having non prescription viagra!?! he also makes it funny.

Nope, do some research. Cold Arnold's arms were 19.625". Viators arms were 19 5/16".The only legit 20" cold arms ever measured by Arthur Jones up until 1975 were Lou Ferrigno and Sergio Oliva.

Pro bodybuilders tend to be the biggest liars in the world. A 22" arm is usually about 19". A 500 pound bench is about 405 etc...

Course all bbers are liars, however I think BigJ is correct. I'm 6'2"-3" and have 20" arms - cold. They aren't all that huge. So a 19" on Arnold would be pretty small.

Yeah, but his were 100% muscle and he probably had a much smaller bone structure than you Garreath. Its all how your arms look, an illusion. Your arms may be bigger in actual circumfrence but look much smaller.

3 years ago 'ramblin freak' was pretty much the first thing I flipped to when I would open MD. There was a time when he actually talked about funny gym stories and strange but true stories about the bodybuilding subculture with a splash of ghetto humor, which I like and a touch of his women drama.
