Ok ladies all the talk last week that monday is the first day of the new diet, time to post starting weights.... ;D

Breakfast- 10 egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 cup green tea
Meal 2- 1 cup chicken soup. Homemade, low sodium. Wild rice, carrots, celery, green beans etc... prolly 6 oz chicken.
Meal 3. 8 oz lean flank steak, 1 cup rice, asparagus.
Meal 4. 40 g Isopure, 15g sugar from Tang.
Train Chest.
Meal 5- 35 g Isopure, 25g Tang, 1 Granola bar, 3 Fat free fig newtons
Meal 6- 10oz tilapia, asparagus

f**k dieting. eat properly, enjoy a "single person size" pecan pie (>that's not wierd, it's wonderful) & just work hard all day everyday. today I'm moving bricks, that's good upper excercise
I'm 8.8 (8 stone 8 = two fat ladies in bingo lingo.
But I'm shortish (5'6") and muscle weighs more than fat.

lol. I went to get some jeans and couldn't find any, so i went to the lady at teh counter and asked her where they were at. She took me to them and pulled down a pair and wasn't really my style, then i sw that they cost $160. I yold her i didnt like them then she showed me another pair, same price. Then i asked her where the normal people jeans were and she laughed and said they were downstairs. She said they have hard times selling these and mostly the gay guys and super preppies buy them. At that pont i told her i was neither and she said that they are tryig to push them on everyone that asks for jeans. I cant see paying that much for jeans

AH Diary I feel great its day three of the diet, I did a extra 20 min on the stair climber yesterday and had a apple when I really wanted a frosted muffin yea for me. Even my honey bear noticed my mood today and said I was looking good, I love him... On a down note when I took the dog out late in the day for a walk I thought his hind leg looked like a chicken leg from KFC and I think its because of the low carbs but I had the strangest urge to bite him..<giggle> oh well feeling great this week and progressing well... ;D

Day 2- 209 lbs (I usually drop 5-7 lbs water right at the beginning of diet, 1st week or so)
Meal 1- 9 egg whites, 4 oz flank steak, 1 packet Maple Sugar Oatmeal.
Meal 2- bowl of chicken soup
Meal 3- 50 g Isopure shake
Meal 4- Outback 12 oz steak, Sweet potato, salad no cheese, 2 coconut fried shrimp.
Meal 5- 50g Isopure shake.
No training today

Day 3. 208 lbs
Meal 1- 10 egg whites, 4 oz flank steak, 1 packet Maple oatmeal.
Meal 2- 50 g isopure, 1 packet Emergency
Meal 3- Small cheeseburger, apple pie from Mc D's (I was flat as all hell, this meal has always filled me out just enough to not lose muscle)
Train, Arms and Shoulders
Meal 4- 40g Isopure, 3 tbsp Banilla yogurt
Meal 5- 8 oz ground sirloin, spinach salad
Meal 6- 40g Isopure

Went up 6 lbs, but as of this past Monday, after cleaning my diet up again last week, I was 3lbs less.
Always great to do the "free for all eating" for a week.

I was doing arm curls today and my training partner handed me 5 lb's more then I normally do and I knocked out a full set I am thinking I may give "the Beast" a run for the money, ha ha ha. On a down note though diary My honey bear complained this morning he awoke with a start when I bit him on the arm and muttered something about needing BBQ sause..I think he was just dreaming. Well I think its time to walk the dog and maybe a short run, I love this diet.

Meal 1- 10 egg whites, fat free mexican blend cheese, 1 packet Maple oats
Meal 2- 10 oz ground sirloin, 1 cup rice
Meal 3- 40g Isopure, small mocha nonfat latte.
Train Legs.
Meal 5- 40g Isopure, 2 scoops Banilla yogurt, granola bar
Meal 6- 12 oz ground sirloin, large salad, non fat popsicle.

I have to start over on Friday. :(
Monday night I suffered a blow to the head and got a concussion. It impacted everything. My comprehension skills, speach, driving, everything. Yes I went to the doctors, had a CAT scan and x-ray done. Because of the severity of my condition/symptoms they wanna make sure I dont' have any fractures or blood clots. I couldn't even eat (felt nauseous when I ate solid food). I am feeling a little better today, but some words are still hard to remember and I am still a little slow (but not as bad) on comprehension. I also have vertigo which sucks. I am not allowed to drive until Monday. :(
Anyway I can finally eat without feeling sick so I will re-start my diet tomorrow.
I am glad to hear so many are partaking in this diet. You all rock!

don't laugh, but I slammed my head on the edge of my car window as I was getting in it. Hit (dead center) the bone right behind your ear (right side). I hit it so hard I said the "MF" words and if you know me...I don't say stuff like that. I blacked out for a second then saw stars. It hurt so bad. :(

It did hurt Migs. The pain went thru my body and out my face it hurt so bad. But I am getting better slowly. I kinda feel like I had a stroke though. Its weird not remembering certain words.

Well first & foremost take care of yourself. I gave myself a concussion once (fell down the basement stairs & bounced my head off of a couple of steps) but I was no where near as bad off as you were... hope you feel better soon.

I'm dropping weight faster than I'd like, but I'm not on any "supplements", so it's to be expected. Still, I'd like to continue dieting while off and come down to 185-190 and see how I look.
Meal 1- 50 g Isopure, 2 scoops Banilla yogurt, 1 packet Maple oats. No time this morning, gotta leave early.
Meal 2- Starbucks non fat latte, low fat muffin.
Meal 3- 10 oz fillet of sole, mixed veggies, cup of Manhattan Clam chowder.
Meal 4- cheat meal, General Tsoa's chicken, white rice, beef lo mein. Snickers Ice cream bar
Meal 5- 40g Isopure

Nope, no bigger Asians. She was brought here last year..my neighbors adopted her. The weird thing about the dogs and her is that my dogs will initially run up to her barking and she just points at them and mumbles something unintelligible. She's not afraid of them at all.

Meal 4- Carved Turkey, salad with peppers mushrooms onions.
Meal 5- 50 g Isopure, 2 tsp peanut butter.

Awwwww, thanks for all the well wishes everyone! I think I am almost back to par. Or as par as "I" can get. ;D Gonna have to go shopping for my diet stuffies. I think I developed a roll while off my diet wagon (no gym :-\). Gotta get my self back into shape.
