Its was not pretty at all.
I do look bigger with fat because of my thin bones, but it looks just awful from the front....I will post those soon as well.

Show the front then, 'cuz I don't believe it! I know people 30% bodyfat and a bit less who were tested at UNCC (dunked in the tank). Some were juicers and they did not have the separation in their backs you did in that first picture. They were big but just jellyroll looking. Not one cut.
I agree that most guys seem to get fat and think it is muscle, though. This one guy at my gym in town was the worst ... fat by anybody's estimation, but he carried himself like Dorian. Bald on top, fishbelly white, long hair in back, gold chains LOL.

Ummm no, the properties don't change the date of when the picture was taken dear. Your back double bi was taken December 1, 2005 and the other two were taken March 15, 2006. You must have just had it in the wrong folder is all.

I was equally fat though in December and March. 238 lbs or so at about 30-40 percent bodyfat

Last time I went to the doctors office they said something like 69.5/70 inches. That was a few years ago.
I always thought I was 5`9 or 5`10. Jezebelle has measured me at 5`10 and a half sometimes 5`11.
So somewhere in there is my height.
I would say 5`10 and a half as a safe estimate.
My bones are really thin and long. My wrists are 6.4 inches or so around. I notice the thicker the bones in people, the higher the bodyweight as muscle attatchments are different to cover the bone.
Most people`s skeletons weigh about 17-20 percent of their bodyweight.
Muscle about 40-50 percent.
Organs and Tissue and other is the rest. Pretty interesting how irrelevant bodyweight REALLY is.

Was trying to gauge how much muscle you had based on your frame. I also have a "light" frame with tiny joints at about 5'8". My wrist measurements are same as yours.The last time I was down to about 6%, I was right about 170lbs. I was 24 then (42 now). Right now I'm at 198lbs at 18% BF, so I'd say that IT SEEMS you're a little light (for a natty anyway), but pics really do no real justice. Best way to assess is live. Good work though. Just a cautionary note. The high carb diet you do will put excess weight on after 35 yrs of age.

if you practiced a little bit, you should be able to dunk. You have low BW, decent height, long arms, and good leg strength. With a proper take off it should be a breeze

You had no roll around your waist and you still had reasonable definition. Your body fat estimate would have you at or near the morbid obesity level. You were not even close.
Now, you level of water retention might have been 30% of your body weight, but that is a different story...

AS far as the clothing I can relate, I was wearing 40s before, now down to 34s...I threw away all my old big pants too, to ensure not to ever get that big again..
But for those who say he looked better before, you just dont know what else comes with that added mass. it doesnt look pretty having a jelly belly. ;D

That was my whole point of this. While I lifted regularly, I was forcefeeding myself and completely lost sight of everything. I have dieted down every year now for the past 3 and this year has by far been the easiest and the best.
I also explored new techniques such as no cardio and a total new diet. I consider it a great success.

You were 248lbs @ 35% BF. Therefore you had 161lbs of lean mass. Assuming you lost no muscle and are 4% now as you claim that means you're weight now is 168lbs. Therefore, you weigh about the same as "whateva"....except he has much better shape. Whateva = natural mr. getbig.

holy shit man, your back looks really thick in the middle and etched! u know what you are doing, i dont see many white dudes at all around here juiced or natural besides me of course hahaha that look this good. whats your favorite back exersice? mine would be chinups but i do them like pull overs, instead of a regular chinup i do it in a C motion somewhat really gets me good
