That could be.  I took some pictures last night and they saved to a 9/18 folder come to think of it.

I was equally fat though in December and March.   238 lbs or so at about 30-40 percent bodyfat

Buddy, 30 to 40 percent is a HUGE range, and 40% is just crazy.  At 238, that'd mean you had a lean mass of 143 lbs.  :o

I know you are all charged up about getting lean and eating junk food, but let's be real here.  I thought you were one of those guys who abhorred "lies" in bodybuilding?  But here you are, exaggerating how fat you were at the start.  It doesn't make the transformation more impressive Adam.

So if you were in the 240's you're now 175-190lbs?

Last time I went to the doctors office they said something like 69.5/70 inches. That was a few years ago.

I always thought I was 5`9 or 5`10.  Jezebelle has measured me at 5`10 and a half sometimes 5`11.

So somewhere in there is my height.

I would say 5`10 and a half as a safe estimate.

My bones are really thin and long.  My wrists are 6.4 inches or so around.  I notice the thicker the bones in people, the higher the bodyweight as muscle attatchments are different to cover the bone.

Most people`s skeletons weigh about 17-20 percent of their bodyweight.
Muscle about 40-50 percent.
Organs and Tissue and other is the rest.  Pretty interesting how irrelevant bodyweight REALLY is.

I was the strongest dude at UNCC when I was there for a short time.  That is where that pic of me deadlifting 600 lbs occurred.

When was that (deadlift picture?  I have not seen that)?  The new gym opened up a year after I finished my undergrad.  The old one ... ugh :)  Maybe some of you guys would like it but it was a little rustic for me!  

What are your best lifts?  If you were deadlifting 600 you would've been up there, but the strongest guy had to have been a rugby player when I attended.  He was so big I'm afraid that boy will have a coronary by the time he is 40.  My bf would remember his name.  Want me to ask?

Was trying to gauge how much muscle you had based on your frame. I also have a "light" frame with tiny joints at about 5'8". My wrist measurements are same as yours.The last time I was down to about 6%, I was right about 170lbs. I was 24 then (42 now). Right now I'm at 198lbs at 18% BF, so I'd say that IT SEEMS you're a little light (for a natty anyway), but pics really do no real justice. Best way to assess is live. Good work though. Just a cautionary note. The high carb diet you do will put excess weight on after 35 yrs of age.

you should post a vid of you doing some heavy DLs just to show the idiots on the board that BF is just dead weight.  I bet you're every bit as strong as you were with the extra 80lbs of BF.

No I am serious....It was nasty...I was force feeding myself one last time to see if it would actually work.  It didn`t.

That was the result.  NEarly 240 with about 30-35 percent bodyfat.   You might think I am crazy but I really think that is what my Bodyfat was.
