Omega 3/6/9

today for first time i started using this supplement. I heard that using the Udo's choice omega 3 can  dissolve fat and gyno. I bought Witsenburg Perfect balance omega 3+6+9. 500ml gonna use that for like 3 weeks. and after week fifth week ill take 50 ml just omega 3 per day for 6 weeks. Udo's choice ill have to order from the nternet. cant find it in the stores.

Wha do you think of this supplement? im starting with 12 ml a day for the first week, but i did get a eadache and felt nauseous after i took it.

yes, but thats not all after the small headache, i felt really great, my depression seems to went away

(Omega 3) Fish oil - EPA & DHA would be a better choice.

A buddy has really started to cut up with EFA's.  I think I will try them out.

Just go with fish oil or krill oil.

EPA and DHA in Omega-3's are vital to the maintenance and repair of the brain. They are required for brain cells and synapse function. When levels are low or the levels of Omega-6's to 3-'s are higher, depression as well as other health issues may occur. Your brain is made of 70-85% saturated fat ( depending on who your source is.)

i already upped the dosage to 20 ml a day.  we harly ever eat fish, maybe once in 3 months. so  have some catching up to do with the omega.

I would just try to consume fish oil daily, get outside to catch some sunlight ( Vitamin D) and lay back off any sugars or refined carbohydrates. Your depression will soon decline.
