i already upped the dosage to 20 ml a day. we harly ever eat fish, maybe once in 3 months. so have some catching up to do with the omega.
I would just try to consume fish oil daily, get outside to catch some sunlight ( Vitamin D) and lay back off any sugars or refined carbohydrates. Your depression will soon decline.
