Yes, even though the UK has all those capitalist attributes, it still has alot of social programs, like government subsidies, free health care, and laxed immigration laws thats allowing everyone to enter the country. And for this reason, is why UK is not a total capitalist state, and contains alot of socialism.
Relaxed immigration laws have nothing to do with a socialist state.
Traditionally, Soviet Union and other countries behind the Iron Curtain, guarded their boarders like hounds.
On contrary, open borders are a true sign of capitalism, merchantilism and traditional free trading. Restricting immigration restricts the flow of labor, which is directly against ANY capitalistic principle.
But you happen to be wrong as far as UK immigration laws too. UK
don't allow anyone to enter their country, that rule is
only for fellow European Union citizens, eg I can go and live in UK whenever I want.
BTW, their health care isn't free. It's subsidized.
