good stuff man, maybe in about 5 years you'll be at this level.
in 5 Years i will be 50,5 yrs old.....

i know these dumbellrows vidīs of "Kroc", and they still motivate me for my own training, but the 25 reps with the 220 clip i liked more, because the form was better (more bent over) than in that 300 lbs. monster thing.....) Maybe i take a Youtube-clip of my next Back workout and link it here ??
in my last back workout (which i taped with a cheap digicam) i used another type of Dumbell rows, not with the knee on a bench, standing with both legs, and stabilizing with the not trained arm...in that manner i did on the last set of my 2nd Back exercise 10 hard reps with 105 kg (olympia-dumbell + 4 x 15 KG, 2 x 10 kg, 4 x 5 kg Plates), which is about 231lbs...ok, form could be a bit better, but a 10 kg extra to the last workout is no easy thing to do......but i will be working on that
