its been really crazy raining latley like god or the aliens are try to send me a message, i know they encode messages to me in broad daylight

ive been working out well but my lower back has a dull pain that has been slightly increasing the more i do, ive been working more and working out more, long days of working hardly any break time moving real fast

so today on yet another rainy day this morning i was pissed because my lower back was hurting even more , even though ive been doing everything right (exercising consistently , eating kale ect)

well today i felt like , well perhaps my 'educasein' wasnt up to par then it all made sense... so i loaed up my koolaid container with a bunch of whey protien thats casein protien. because protien powder is something i never take but always have it stored away at my crib.

so today midway though my back was killing me so i mega dosed the protien, and i swear my back was 30 -50 percent better, i was so happy i realised my edu-casein

so now im going to cook up a shitload of beans and mega dose them too, back still hurting but im good i can still workout, i just know i need to have my education in check with the protien. so ill probably cook a fuck face load of beans and put a bunch of nutmeg and cinnamon on it and down that. and have some more whey then onto chocolate chip cookies, fresh south carolina peaches from the stand and some workouts

Get a bowl

Throw in 2-3 scoops of whey protein, 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Start chopping u[p the peanut butter into little pieces with spoon. After the peanut butter is in little pieces proceed to mix the whey protein with spoon

to intersperse the peanut butter.

Now get a diet soda. I prefer Diet Dr Pepper Cherry or Diet Pepsi cherry flavored ;D   Add a little bit of soda and start mixing the whey protein. Keep adding soda and mixing until you achieve a semi liquid pudding

like state which should resemble Nutella in texture. Eat !

Tastes pretty damn good actually. I like to use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard for whey because of its quality and ease of digestibility.

This way it's easy for me to consume 72-96 gram of protein.

have you experimented with mashed up beans swirled in peanutbutter and whey with nut meg , cinnamon, and maybe some soda something? beans are cheap an have fiber plus alot of vitamins you might not get in whey, however whey has some killer shit in it too but is more designer

thats alot of protien how much protien do you intake in a day?

thats alot of protien how much protien do you intake in a day?

At least 200 grams. I probably hit 300 grams some days once I factor in all the chicken I eat.

Johnny. Are you stressed or worried about something? A lot of back pain is mental. Think about it. I had back pain for a solid year, then I found out about Dr. John Sarno and his books. Google him and get better.
