its been really crazy raining latley like god or the aliens are try to send me a message, i know they encode messages to me in broad daylight
ive been working out well but my lower back has a dull pain that has been slightly increasing the more i do, ive been working more and working out more, long days of working hardly any break time moving real fast
so today on yet another rainy day this morning i was pissed because my lower back was hurting even more , even though ive been doing everything right (exercising consistently , eating kale ect)
well today i felt like , well perhaps my 'educasein' wasnt up to par then it all made sense... so i loaed up my koolaid container with a bunch of whey protien thats casein protien. because protien powder is something i never take but always have it stored away at my crib.
so today midway though my back was killing me so i mega dosed the protien, and i swear my back was 30 -50 percent better, i was so happy i realised my edu-casein
so now im going to cook up a shitload of beans and mega dose them too, back still hurting but im good i can still workout, i just know i need to have my education in check with the protien. so ill probably cook a fuck face load of beans and put a bunch of nutmeg and cinnamon on it and down that. and have some more whey then onto chocolate chip cookies, fresh south carolina peaches from the stand and some workouts
