Remember when muscle tech used to brag about how big and bad Kovacs was, he used to be their poster boy.  Someone needs to run a magazine add in like MD that shows the before and after pics of Kovacs, letting the world know the dangers of muscle tech products.

Yeah well, nature aint forgiving... checkout the carnage ----> old mans quads, loss of muscle/bone mass, shrinking muscle length/bellies..... equals one hell of a fight on our hands to keep the muscle bellies long and full no matter what our age. None of this fcking carnage!

Get a good stretching program, particularly for quads.

Got to keep all the muscle bellies long and full.  Muscles are real lazy bastards and demand attention, bit like our girlfriends really!!! lol

You have to consider jocellyn's age.  He's been around an awful long time.  Kovacs has no excuse.  He has never completed a whole show looking good.  Jocellyn and Ken Jones should always place above him.
