He supposedly trains most of the time at Golds Venice at 4am. So I'm guessing he gets up around that time to go to the gym. I doubt he stays up that late/early to train and then sleeps the day away. So it's pretty easy to assume that Mike Ohearn is a pretty low carb guy(unless he dabbles with insulin but I doubt it) That fact that he gets up(probably eats) and goes to the gym tells us that he's use to training on low carbs or just one meal in him. Probably gets up and eats pretty light and heads to the gym. He hasn't put on any real size in decades. Just maintains and sharpens himself up for pics photoshoots. My guess is Ohearn's macro's look something like this. 350-400 protein, 90-350 carbs, 75-150 fats. Non training or light training days he takes in 90 to 100 carbs a day and takes in upward of 350ish carbs on Back and Leg days. Higher fats on low carb days and lower on high carb days. Probably keeps his protein relatively the same. Probably has one or two decent "cheat" meals a week right after doing legs and or Back.
