Personally i do protein shakes all day with fruit mixed in then ill have more fats around 3pm peanuts walnuts ect... No starchy carbs till night
Feeling lazy so I decided to go out to breakfast. I had avocado toast (on one piece of sourdough) with two basted eggs for breakfast today. Yeah I know, eggs = animal protein.
