You have a good base to work with but at 6 foot 6 you need much more size to even place in a local show. I am the same height and have gone through it. When your put next to a heavy weight that is 5'10" and twenty or thirty pounds lighter they still look more massive. But once the muscle is there you can do very well.


You have to be thinking about getting onstage at no less than 250lb at 6'6" and more realistically 280 or 300 to have a shot at a win, that is with great conditioning.
