probably dehydrated from water got a good pump and on alot of steroids and carbed up

depleted first thing in the morning no pump no steroids 6feet6

ate icecream pizza and sodas all day long mad cereal so i guess 50 percent carbed up ate well today, same day but late at night no steroids
