I'm 48, 49 in February, here are my real lifts.
Bench: 275 for 5 reps
Deadlift, I don't go heavy, sets of 12 with 275
Squat, the old knee can't even squat my bodyweight anymore.
Curls, I do sets of 10 with DB's using the 50's. I know very weak.
But fellas, please post your max lifts when you are my age.
The fella I respect most in my gym is 74 and benches 185 for sets of 6.
