if your just lookin to get lean, not show condition u could even just take the same plain old gear u were using last time,, im asuming some kind of test with decca or whatever......
its all down to diet and cardio, im a big beleiver in feeding the machine and working the shite off.. eat clean 6 days a week and have a nice cheat on a weekend.. just make sure u keep the cardio up,at least if not more than 4 days a week 40 mins plus
if your not active during the day, ie desk job, i would possible do even more, 40 mins before work everyday plus 3 or 4 pm sessions
