Currently I'm training a four-day split with weights, doing three days of cardio. I eat six meals each day, two of which are shakes, the other four are quality proteins (usually one tuna, one chicken, one steak and one repeat of the prior). Carbohydrates are kept relatively low but when eaten are almost always oats or brown rice. I also add in healthy fats from almonds and ensure I'm getting enough fiber. Water is usually exactly one gallon each day.
My diet is spot on; I've competed in three contests before and have done decently well. All of those though were drug free; I'm just looking for feedback on using the Prop/T4 for maintaining what I have while cutting this time. I no longer compete, and am just looking for that lean physique again after letting myself too far off. I've already lost fourteen pounds on this diet, and now I'm at the point where the fat loss has slowed greatly.
I don't believe in "cutting" drugs, per say, merely something to help me adjust to a more positive body composition.
