Khan doesn't have a ego at all. Just liked to lift heavy and I doubt he will do exactly what he used to do.

But you seem to know he trains like that now days also? I assume you know the second video is before the injuries..

So tell me what kind of stupid training he does these days? =)

i dont follow the lives of these IFBB pros on a daily basis, im not sure of the timeline... but the chest video of him that someone posted when he was doing 5 plates., dude could barely do one rep... as a bodybuilder, thats plain stupid. as a powerlifter, thats the way to train

if coming off an injury he tries a 700lbs leg press, thats stupid.. again, i dont know the timeline, im just calling it as i see it.. maybe he he wised up...

the video of him doing 4 plates on each side is spec-fucking-tacular, he had good form, decent reps etc, why move on to 5 plates when he CLEARLY couldnt handle it properly ???

Swede!

My point is that Im sure hes learned from his misstakes at this point of his career. The second video is way before the injury and I dont know aobut the first. But the first wasn't crazy stupid just not the smartest thing. But maybe thats the type of training he needs to stay motivated. And to grow and not just maintain.

I doubt hes going to do something retarded now when everything healed up again.  ..Hopefully lol.
You just made it sound like hes Still training stupid. And from the few videos ive sene that doesn't seem to be whats going on. But maybe in the most recent videos it looks like that, I dunno, hence why I asked =)
