Eat big = get fat!
Then diet, and get small again!
Eat big dosent give you any more muscle, it only makes you fat! Then u need 6months to diet and then lose all the "muscles" you thought you had!
It generally take 20 years for people to realise this!
Eat normal and train. It will give u dense quality muscles progression!
Strive for maxium waist biceps ratio all the time!
