I went to a bookstore last night in downtown Portland. I dreaded going there for two reasons:
1)avoiding the homeless, mentally deranged, drug addicts is like walking through a mine field. Relatively decent-innocent/professional people are killed by these types frequently in PDX. Whereas in Detroit or Chicago it's usually gang on gang or drug dealer vs. Drug dealer. But in PDX it's still less violent than those places but the random nature of the violence is what makes it just as bad.
2) it's litteraly night of the living woke in Portland. These videos Kwon posted, as bizarre as they are, are a reality in Portland.
So every kind of freak imaginable, every kind of smug femenist, every kind of beta male, every type of self loathing white person, and of course the 'gender confused' are jam packed into the place..
The bookstands are the same way every single goddamn book either has a black fist on the cover, is about 'making change', male patriarchy and inequality, fighting for change, white privilege, femenism, gay rights, etc and on and on.
As I'm checking out theres a couple having a loud conversation that rises above the buzz of the crowd. A man about 6'3" wearing a dress and heels with hair grown down to the middle of his back says "my friend at work, who's non-binary, they suggested this book. They said ...." he says this to an obese butch bull dyke with a crew cut wearing a trench coat and military boots. The bull dyke responds "yeah that looks really good" says something about 'queer mythology' then adds "you should check this book out, it's awesome, its about lesbian necromancers."
I wanted to fucking vomit.
Oddly enough there's numerous books on the shelves about defunding and abolishing the police. The bookstore supports every woke cause. Though they obviously can't call on the police whenever these homeless lunatics create a problem-be ause it would litteraly enrage their woke patrons. So they hire armed security guards to patrol the entrances and exits of the store. Who wear tactical clothing, radios, guns, handcuffs, ballistic vests and look and act almost exactly like the police.
