Once you are fully recovered & providing there's no long term damage to
Muscle attachments - I'm sure you will regain most if not all of your strength
back - at 49 you're still a youngster  :)

Why all the Wine gum's any particular reason??

Thanks for saying I'm a youngster haha. Kids call me gramps. I saw a thread on Reddit where someone who was 45 said he doesn't pay for movies anymore, he just walks in, it's like he's invisible :'( :D

I just liked sweets. Especially on some types of gear like tren which seems to cause hypo easily. I would devour a kilo of them in minutes LOL.

See, wasn’t that easy? Props

Thanks but I've posted some of those pics previously in threads you've posted in. I don't have many pics period unfortunately, and some nice lifting feats, not necessarily earth shattering but significant to me personally, when I was young I had no video camera and it was obviously before cellphone cameras. I did some very high rep benches with 2 plates which would have been nice to look at now decades later. And now recently my phone suddenly turned up missing when I was in the hospital and some lifting videos I had I hadn't backed up. :'(
