Vegan is the way to go. Avoid milk products. Milk elevates IGF-1 and IGF-1 stimulates cancers and makes you age faster. There's a drug you can give to your dog which lowers IGF-1 and your dog can live a couple of years longer. Growth hormones and steroids increase IGF-1. Exercise calorie restriction, restrict mTor stimulation by eating low protein. Fast often. Meditate. Do not ejaculate too often. Do not chase wealth or earthly possessions. Walking is the best exercise, if you lift, especially avoid deadlifts and heavy squats. A few bodyweight Hindu squats may be warranted. Tai Chi is good.

So I should stop eating cheese immediately  ??? Fuck I ate a shit ton of cheese  :'(

Agreed. Pale, frail and communist is no way to through life.

Lots of people use GH and testosterone as youthfullness hormones but they are more to increase the life in lifespan rather than the span.

Though hormones can enhance certain aspects of health while hurting others. So in certain people and situations they might extend lifespan.

From asocietal perspective everyone should work until retirement and then immediately drop dead without getting sick and draining resources.

Where did I "just" lie? It's only you who thinks you're winning any arguments. I don't see anyone coming to your defense in this particular thread or any other. You're your own cheerleader. Yes, what am I hiding, I'm curious as well? ???

As far as misinterpreting Trump and Israel. Now read this very closely:

Everyone.

Knows.

Except you and a couple of others on here.

My arguments aren't about winning or losing. Neither one of us will agree on our views so it's really futile. But as I've stated a looooong time ago where you stand in the propaganda you post up and support. I've caught you in many lies. But there's one thing that I nor anyone else has ever seen, and that's any type of photo that you even train or competed. For as much as you think you know there's no proof that I can find on here you have done either. I'm sure you have "worked out" at some point but not at any level of competing. That being said, are you just a bodybuilding fan boy? This question is relevant to this thread.

And if you do decide to prove me wrong, post up a pic that verifies it's you.

WTF

I've posted a few pics of myself. I'm just a gym rat but I do lift. I've postedd very old pics of myself lifting at 16 years old very recently.

This is a few years ago.

Have you posted any pics MajorDomo? If not, the gall to demand I post pics. You aren't very entertaining either. Your passive aggressive style is very feminine, you're just like that other limp wristed faggot SF1900.

On the far left here when I was coaching at the IFBB Worlds. Last pic is current tiny tit status. I've been near death many times recently and I just had bicep surgery. Got the brace adjusted today, they will remove it in 2 weeks.

LOL of course not. I don't know how you figure that. I don't have half his muscle and I don't compete. Only competed once back in 1998. I am exactly who I say I am and it could be verified further but why would I pretend to be some nobody?

Since we talked about first cycles and teen use, I had to take a pic of a pic from my photo album from my first Dianabol-only cycle. The other guy is a sometimes GB poster. It's a shitty pic I know. The other pic is me benching 140kg at 16 pre-steroid. Already posted it before. I had an idea that I needed to acclimate my body to high loads so I did one inch lockouts for time with 440lbs.

Seems it's still in development. The point was just that lowering IGF-1 could extend lifespan. Bodybuilders like to raise it through food and drugs.

I was a bit older in that side chest. The other kid was 16 and had started his first cycle there. He came into the gym and immediately asked me for steroids LOL. I didn't have any but he found someone. He sometimes posts here. I just wanted to show that I'm a real person who has been obsessed with lifting all his life. I didn't have the genes for bb, all muscle bellies very short, and shortly after that pic I had my first pec tear trying to bench close to 500.

I was like 10 years old here in that same tiny weight room. On the left. I remember I was straining hard as hell to raise the dumbbells a little bit.

Bodybuilders are so stupid, destroying their health for gains. I can hardly believe I used to be like that.

Very strong on the deadlifts !!  What BW were you then?
And your current BW ?  Downsized a bit through forced inactivity in gym

I was almost 250lbs I think. I was strong but only lifting once a week, just deadlifts and maybe one or two exercises after. Sometimes the workout was just 12 reps deadlifts total, including warmups. Testosterone, Anadrol, Snickers bars and Coca Cola - unhealthy with a huge gut. Coworkers asked how much I was lifting because I looked "strong." Couldn't really say it's just Test and Anadrol. Couldn't really say I was lifting either ??? :D

Right now I'm 200lbs and really frail due to having been so sick. When I start lifting I can fill out 20lbs in 10 days just by eating more carbs. My weight fluctuates wildly.

I fucking lost the video of that banded deadlift. Hardest lift I did in my life. It felt like close to 900lbs at the top, and I know how 900 feels because I've done rack deads with that. Banded deads is the fucking best, nothing comes close in intensity. I had a couple of competitive heavyweight bodybuilders try those bands and they missed with just one plate on the bar.

The anadrol/ test / snickers & coke probably helped 🤣😂🤣
Still a very decent deadlift. 👊🏻

I've done partial squat reps with 900lbs ( felt like my torso had been beat with a baseball bat next few days)
At a BW of around 106/7 kg  - didn't do any heavy deadlifts though - Bent over rows with 160/70kg.
That was when I was in my early 50s.

Yeah you'll soon gain a few lbs when you're able to start back in the gym. 👊🏻

Thanks. I'm 49 so your heavy lifts in your early 50s give me hope. I'd like to pull 300kg once again. For 20 years that was like my minimum level LOL. I was always scared to tear my quads on heavy squats so I didn't push that very hard. Raw paused singles with 500lbs was about as heavy as I went for a long time after my Kamikaze early 20s. 900lbs is insane, would have been almost suicidal for me LOL. We did some banded partial squats from the bottom position in the rack. I lifted with an absolutely insane IPF lifter and I had beat him by 10kg one time. He wouldn't give up, he tried my PR 16 times until he got it, might have taken 2-3 hours. Then he added another 10kg and made that too :D

I used to eat 2lbs of Wine Gums candy a day periodically. Maybe the collagen in them was slightly beneficial LOL. I told some guys in the gym about it and they went and bought it too haha.
