After i get the results i want...i will cycle on and only work my chest once a week...I was just obsessed with the bench press when i started lifting. However, i don't know if i would have gotten the results i was seeking without the help of Adonis’s principles. His principles are truly catabolic as you can all see from his pics. and my chest has atrophied a bit as well..
When you get a little more experienced you can add some Haagen Dazs to your diet and
the muscle will just drop off...it's too easy!!
I fear you may actually have below average genetics, instead of pure-shit genetics which is a prerequisite
for maximizing the adonis principles. If you really wanna emulate TA you'll need crap structure as well.
Sorry, not everyone can look as bad as TA.
