Adonis runs from a real challenge

I gave my challenge to adonis to compete in an actual on stage  bodybuilding contest. He came up with every lame excuse you could think of. The idea of being on stage against me or Vince G made his lil' ol' butthole just pucker up like a dired prune.
Say what you want, Vince may not be a good bodybuilder (yet) but at least he is an actual bodybuilder while adonis is a legend in his own mind with no contest record, nada, zip ,nothing.

Cyber bodybuilding contests are like cyber sex, sounds good for a desperate geek but a joke compared to the real thing.
Show up on stage or cyber  kiss my plump butt adonis (pic below)

If so , let me know maybe me, you and Vince and get together for some laughs.
take care, keep training hard and  other than the androgel I never will use drugs and have compted in all kinds of NPC shows, even won some. The NPC is the best overall organization and is the best place to compete drug free or whatever. I got first Hvy wt in the NPC western NC back in 87 and won the lt hvys in the Golds classic in Fayetteville NC back in 86. I lived in Fayetteville NC from 83 -88.

No joke LOL, hey all kidding aside this stroll down "amnesia lane" and wacky challenge crap has actually got me going here. I am 90 plus % sure I am doing that Metrolina or similar show next year.I actually have more mass, but need to diet like a bastard and keep up the  cardio, etc
I miss the adventure. Oh well gotta get to the bed, wifey calls and maybe I can get my old azz up for early morn cardio before school. Hmmmmm, that's the ticket
