Who had the best Delts? Cutler, Levrone, or Newman?

I think jay was easily the widest guy among these 3 competitors and he is bigger overall.

But I think Newmans Delts were possibly the best because of the rumors of all the escilene Levrone loaded into his shoulders. Not sure if Dennis did the same

I don't know if his delts are full of synthol or not but there's a picture of Ruhl on stage where his delts are insane. They literally look like someone cut a basketball in half and sewed it onto his shoulder and inflated it.  :o

What you dont understand is that Haney was 30lbs heavier than sergio AND much harder.
