cardio / conditioning

just wondering what you guys do for your cardio or conditioning. ive done running 3 mile sin the am, to pylometrics, jump rope and bag drills. what do you feel gets you in the best shape

I like doing a circuit of:

1.  Thai bag:  clinching, kneeing, plus kicks and punch combos
2.  Ground and Pound bag:  Moving from side/north-south/mount/knee in the ribs.
3.  Greco Roman wrestling:
4.  Defending from the guard:  With punches, mouth piece in, mma gloves on me, 16 ouncers on feeder
5.  Medicine Ball

1 minute each, little or no rest done three times.  You will need at least three partners to give everyone the rest they need in between rounds.  This worked great for my last sub tourney.

thanxs bull dog, i feel that sport related cardio is the best, unfortunatly at the moment im al on my own. i have a bag and a jump rope and some make shift boxes but thats it, so latly ive been running and doing hill or flat sprints with a heavy bag

Bas Rutten MMA workout...

I got some of my ideas from his DVD/CD.  Some from intocombat.
