History has been made! In arguably the most competitive Mr. Olympia contest to date, a new Mr. Olympia was crowned. And that champion is none other than Team MuscleTech ™ superstar "Iron" Jay Cutler. With a physique that could only be described as "perfect", Jay stormed the Olympia stage and laid waste to all those who stood in his path. With the perfect blend of size, symmetry, proportion and muscularity, Jay relegated the perennial Olympia champion to 2nd place. Not since 1984 has a Mr. Olympia been de-throned on his stage. But then, Jay is no average Mr. Olympia.
Industry pundits already tab Jay as a fantastic candidate for a long run as the sport's pre-eminent champion. Jay credits hard work in the gym, a spartan-like diet, and the use of new MuscleTech ® products for his victory. Rumor has it that new naNOX9 ™ helped make a world of difference for him, not to mention the staples in his plan, such as Hydroxycut ® Hardcore, Anator-p70 ™, LEUKIC ™, GAKIC ®, Nitro-Tech ®, Cell-Tech ™ and CREAKIC ™.
But Jay Cutler wasn't the only one to realize incredible levels of success at the Mr. Olympia contest this weekend. The "freakin Rican" Gustavo Badell continued his reign as one of the best in the world, notching a top 6 finish and automatically qualifying for next year's contest. The world's strongest bodybuilder, Johnnie Jackson, placed 13th. The sultan of symmetry, Darrem Charles, let everyone know he's a force to be reckoned with, thanks to a solid 14th place finish in a very competitive field. Finally, David Henry looked fantastic, and served notice that he's a young gun on the scene not to be taken lightly in 2007.
And closing out our Olympia weekend report, it's time to congratulate the newest Figure Olympia champion, Team MuscleTech wonderkind Jenny Lynn. With picture perfect posing and a physique that could not be denied, Jenny Lynn served notice that her reign as Figure Olympia champion will be a long one. Congratulations Jenny!
