exactly....Ronnie is one of the few (if not only) guys that can actually control the 200lbs DB (by that I mean sit them on your knees, lean back, and press them in a very controlled manner). Cormier was on his back and had them put in his hands and he didnt even get them up without help and it was very uncontrolled. Very lucky he didnt tear a pec.
that cormier flat dumbell press was shit..it was looking like he would drop the weight on his chest.it was shaky as hell..

There are so few pros who can truly handle the 200s for pressing and even fewer for incline.  Its bullshit and they are fake weights.
Agreed. Don't believe everything you see in the magazines. A lot of fake bells and plates are used to make the photo shoot look better, hense the so-called strength claims in bbdg. Greg Kovacs is a perfect example of this. The magazines show him incline smith pressing 7 plates aside back in the day, but when you see him training he is only doing no more then 4 plates aside and for a shakey six reps. I'm sure other pros fall into the same catagory. At least Ronnie has his lifts done on DVD and unedited. That was a remarkable set of 12 easy reps with 200lb bells. Great form and very controlled.
