Dumbells look real, but the 495 bench he got like 2 or 3 spotters... :-\

He did quarter reps with a spot using 120's... I don't see the point except to show that he's delusional.  His physique says it all.  What a frickin dildo!

Those weights were real (listen how they slam back down and shake the bench - I know that sound it's music to my ears :)), but he didn't lift them. We didn't get to see how many reps he did with 225, he only did sissy reps with the dumbells, and his spotters did a good job at evenly lifting 495lb. It would have been more impressive to see him hit 225 for 25 reps or a good spot-free set of 315 for 10-12 reps.

The negatives in this instance didn't last that long because he dropped the weigth on the 495lb lift.

Recipe for a torn pec if I've ever seen one.

I feel the plates are real, but what he did would be equivalent to me going to the gym and getting someone to film me squatting 800lbs with 4 spotters. No way I can do it by myself (nowhere close) , but I sure as hell can get a nice strain out of the resistance my spotters don't compensate for.

As far as the dumbells, I think that's real.

All in all, I give him credit for hitting the iron hard (or at least trying)....hope he doesn't tear a pec going WAAAAAYYY beyond his frames limits.  ;)

I believe this guy is actually suing a company or something like that for leaking/posting this on youtube, or something to that effect. Saw it on the news last week.

He seems to be a positive, decent guy! I like his attitude.  ;)

Funny how in the clip they caption that its 140 pound dumbells and then you see its clearly marked 120 on them. 120 for half reps.. is pretty damn shitty!
just push some weight!

WOW WHAT A WAY TO FUCK YOURSELF UP BIG TIME - look in the dictionary (encyclopedia) under "con" and your picture comes up. This guy needs to take some of his self made fortune and get plastic surgery and a new name. I see a future for him on Dr Phil - as a compulsive lier.
