rsp thank you for all the nice things you said i came on here to get help if tough love is the way it is then so be it . BUT VOO if i have you by 15 years i must tell you you would have no shot with me i was a marine at 17 years old in1975 then a pro boxer at 21 judo at 25 and i would say 200 street fights don't bother me with your crap .I will pay you 500.00 to come to Calif Santa Cruz and go three rounds no rules. So talk is cheep and i will pay you even though you get your ass kicked.I will hit it hard and more diet and cardo and will send pitchers in 30 days and hope that i will not be coincided a fat piece of shit with get big we shall see.

Good stuff guys. To all the haters in the group I want to give you more ammo to hate my fat ass. As I said I am 48 and this is my 10 year anniversary not a wedding but since i retired yes i retired at 38 .I am an an inventor an invented something in the 90s that everyone in here eather uses daily or sees someone using every day .So for the ones who don't like me because i am so fat remember when you get up in the morning to go to work for the next 20 30 or 40 years I'm not.My wife is 32 and i play golf 3 times a week at great courses all over northern CA.Now im sure there will be some asses that think what i have said is not true and to you i say so what (go to work) I have a tee time to get to.

I'm sure some of the pathetic ones out there will make shit up about there lives but that will only show how pathetic you life really is.
To all that are trying to help me thank you and have a good workout .
