I suggest just keep training as usual, clean up your diet, ie go for quality food such as brown rice et all.
And add vegetables, as much as you want. With seasoning? Of course.
Add one or two 30 minute walks on off training days each week.
This should get you dropping 10-20 lbs fat by February, without even feeling any strains of a restricted diet.
By that time, you will have time to decide what to do in time for Beach 2007.
