Frank looks underwhelming on stage. In those shots for the ads he looks great because all you really see are a great set of arms. On stage he has big arms, big calves and thighs, weak torso and lack of conditioning.

Frank looks good but Wolf looked better and still had a hard time on contest day.He go a long way ahead of him if he plans on doing more than just posing for ads.

All three are pros McGrath can't even do that , he's not beating anyone , Arnold has flaws as does everyone , but one of Arnold's flaws wasn't conditioning like Frank , and Frank doesn't come close to this !

personally i think if guy a looks better on stage, but guy b looks better in all other cases, i'd rather look like guy b. mcgrath may not do so well in the contests, but would you rather walk around town looking like him or like ronnie?

block head i have no "gangs" not sure what that is on here. let me know, and i haven't competed, got ready for a few shoes but things didnt work out, got kindey stone once last year, and got sick this year too. but getting ready for the iron man in feb. you will see me at my best.

I believe you will. You have lots of supporters here. I spoke to you briefly at the last ASC...you were a gentleman and class act. I tried to take a picture with 'Andy' and he yelled at me and told me...'Dude...I'm eating come on!' despite the fact that I didn't see his food due to the angle he was sitting and where I was standing...

When people I know competitive or non-competitive talk shop and compare themselves to a Pro BB...it is of YOU they speak of not a Jay or Victor.

My last few ARM routines...looked like this:

Straight bar barbell Curls.
Standing dumbbell curls
Precher little straight bar cable curls

Rope pushdown
CloseGrip Bench
SkullCrushers.

Probably because that's what you did in that ANIMALARMZ video...

McGrath posting HERE among us is a big deal. Let us all have a moment of silence for Frank.......
