Turned pro at Canadian Nationals in 04, i think.

He did a couple shows (toronto pro was one) and placed 12th or around there, should be been higher.

Was supposed to compete at a show a couple months ago but got a shoulder infection a week or two out.

Is planning on doing a show this season, hopefully he does well. Go Canada

I can see why MattC promotes this guy so much. He is freaky huge and has a beautiful physique, the sort that every young bodybuilder wants, but he doesn't look anywhere near grotesque like too many guys on the pro stage...

need's more pec thickness.arm's are tremendous,need's pro level conditioning.need's to compete and steady to get seen,not just print work .unproven yet to what he can do.

My buddy used to train at the same gym as Frank out east. He said that as big as Frank's forearms look in pictures they are unreal in person. About the size of the average persons legs. That was a few years back before he went pro.

McGrath is the real deal...has a hybrid combination of freaky size and sick vascularity and aesthetics of a Arnold or Labrada...just taller than Labrada obviously.

One of the best things UNIVERSAL did was recognize the look and potential of McGrath and get him in their advertisment campagins.

Funny thing is...on animalpak.com, 'The Journey' I believe is at week #12. It seems like in the 'Animal World' it is 3 weeks to every 1 week. That 'Journey' has been up AT least for 7 or 8 months if not longer.

he placed 12th whne he competed in 2004...he is like federov..federov was hyped more than ronnie coleman was hyped in 1997 and onstage federov was a walking pile of shit..frank won't even be in the top 5 of any pro show in the near future

That's the thing - its one thing to look good in an advertising campaign or walking down the street or posing at an expo but it's quite another to stand onstage under the lights in a competition environment and be judged on the mandatories. Two completely different things.

We saw Frank at the Olympia. He said he was doing the Ironman for sure and most likely another show before or after, wasn't sure which one.
