Well, depends on how you carry it. I guess Art Atwood would probably be the worst case I've seen of a guy just carrying too much muscle/being too big. It looked like he was about to cave in from the outside he was so big.

Guys like Ronnie can carry alot but look perfect. If you're relatively healthy, why not be the biggest you can be. You won't get another shot.

.i agree with you. art atwood is too big in all the wrong places..his monster gut is pathetic and small arms.his pecs are too damn droopy..same with greg kovacs but greg was even worse.guys like heiko kallbach and even ronnie coleman are getting too big in all the wrong places

Truly amazing feat how Gregg managed to get so much hypertrophy out of the upper arms, and yet the forearms remained strangely significantly smaller. Really unusual... almost like he didnt stimulate the forearms at all, which upper arm training does.
