people say that he ate like 1 meal per day...if that is true then that is crazy

everytime I see a picture of him I want to put the food down and run to the gym...but it is late so I will finish my meal

Yeah he had his one main meal at night and it took him 3 hours to finish it. 8 pounds of horsemeat. During the day he would drink juices and have a stake between workouts.

The closest to a statue of any BB of any era. Too bad i just missed seeing him pose live at a contest i went to back in the day.

Everytime I see Serge Nubret..I always think of Phil Heath.

Had Serge Nubret been born in out lifetime with todays technical advances and quality nutrition.....he would have been another Phil Heath or Flex Wheeler

I'm not a big fan of his legs. They seem 'just' too small for his upperbody in most shots. Very flat with not much shape to them.

I think he left the IFBB after 1975 O and went on to win shows elsewhere. He probably would have done alright if he stayed, but I guess he got fed up with losing.
