Ah, Weider's arch nemesis!!  I wonder if Grimek was really that mindless to pamper Hoffman like that.

One would think that a person rather high up in a company would know the basics about the founders of that company.

Perhaps you should read Muscletown USA

I like Grimek.  Didn't he play both sides though?

if this is a sexual innuendo, then the answer is no.  and if you mead didn't he play both sides of the Hoffman-Weider feud, again the answer is no.

Grimek competed in the 1940s.  The IFBB started to take over in the 1970s.

However, Grimek was the publishing editor of Muscular Development from the first issue in 1964 until some time in the 1980s.   MD is and will always be Grimek's magazine, and the current publishers would do well to keep that in mind.

No, no sexual innuendo.  I thought i had heard somewhere that at one time, way back, Grimek worked for Joe.

I have a copy of every issue that he published.  You're welcome to peruse them.

The question is what would he do today?  But, I get your point.

For the guys who know about the Weider publishing.  Is it true one of the main reasons Weider moved west to California to publish his magazines is because he exhausted all his publishing contacts on the East coast because he never paid them.  Just a question cause it is what I heard from a very good contact.

I actually think that the sport needs a Romano. I read your column every month and I get a new perspective on issues all the time. I can tell you work your ass off to get the info an come up with the theories. Keep up the good work...

BTW... the sound quality on NBR sucks. I can never hear the guest. Like there is no point to listen to the show because the guest speaker is always low.
