the web can be fun!

So what application do you use to get it to play? I get a list and downloaded Blood and Guts and saved it on my dsktop but can't find an application that will open it. As you can tell, I'm not that savvy when it comes to the finer points of playing vids off the net. I downloaded from IE, FireFox  and Opera but nothing seemed to work. Opera is suppose to be able to play BitTorrent files from it's browser but I'm not sure how to do it.
