Is a gimmick account always a gimmick account even if that's all you use to post? Does your gimmick account end up defining you? And thereby stop being a gimmick?

Case in point: sarcasm, mars, The Squadfather, Ice Princess, the shadow, Board_SHERIF, all the squad members, et-al.

Deep thoughts...

ta ta, back to work.

Only queers say "ta ta."

No. I am nothing like I am on here in person. Not even close...

'TheBlockHead' is nothing more than a 'character'. Just like 'SpecialEd'. Just a character...for fun.

it's a gimmick if it's not your main account or is used as a character. adonis's "friends" that only post to defend him are gimmicks. alexxx is somewhat of a gimmick. sarcasm is not.

a "gimmick account" is by definition not someone's primary account.

If the account is the only one someone posts under, it's a "handle" or "screen name", not a gimmick.

Hope this helps.

would it count as a gimmick if it's used as a character? i'm thinking dan duchaine, alexxx, anyone who posts almost entirely as a joke just to get people riled.

I suppose that would be a "troll account".

i have only two accounts, Sarcasm and The Squadfather and the only reason that i have the second is because that little skinny pusssy who couldn't fight to save his life, the great Mindspin, changed my password when i called him a liar for telling him that he weighed 170lbs. and that he couldn't press the 150's on the incline.

So you're all saying the accounts whom I thought were all gimmicks or trolls are just acting like their normal selves?

haha. damm. Sucks to be them.

Exception: BlockHead and Special Ed. Everyone knows that's not who they really are.
Thanks garraeth!

However, some people in the industry just don't get it. More people would know Special 'Incognito' Ed in this industry and most Getbiggers recently seen him on TV not too long ago. They just don't know it.
