Rumour has it that Jay's videos are shown to people recovering from major surgery so as to not over excite them. How's the scene in Cut Above when Jay visits Chris Aceto for his weekly reassurance that he's looking hot and kicking atomic ass. Talk about two chatterboxes ::)

lol monster laugh  ;D, I have seen them all by now and they are boring as shit, I especially love Jay's sidekick/partner the one that tries to encourage Jay by saying "No pain Jay, no pain" in the most monotone voice ever....over and over again lol, and on top of that he tries to look as disinterested as possible just so he looks cool: "Look kids I'm Jays trainingspatner...and I don't give a shit...how cooooool is thaaat huh?

On the other hand he is slightly better than Dorian Yates Trainingsdude... the one that keeps shouting in Blood and Guts... COMEON DIESEL LETS FLY  ;D ;D

Dont know Big Countries guys' name but he's there in prayer, he's there for support, by God he's there to lay the smackdown upon Ronnies back right before the big squat!!!! He too is a force,,,I can tell!

You remember the scene were he legpress over 2000 pounds? Later you see some guy helping him take the weight of, he's an oversized dude that looks more like an accountant than somebody working out in the gym.
He should be Ronnies sidekick... when ever Ronnie lifts some insane weight and is finished he punches him in the face or in the belly and should LIGHTWEIGHT BITCHES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAA AA *Punch* BABY :p
