one of the best trainers you can get. this is a very intelligent man when it comes to diet and training. he is still very very large. i am currently the strongest and leanest at this high of a bodyweight thanks to him, 247 @ 5'6" . i have another year left of "offseason" training with him and plan to very slowly come down for a show. oh and he does not help run promuscle, he is not even a mod, he just happens to post there.
